Return policy

Customers have 3 calendar days to return item/s from the day that they recieved it. 

To be eligible for return, item/s purchased must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you recieved it. 

Reciept or proof of purchase must be shown.

 

Refund policy

Once we recieved your item/s we will inspect and notify you on the status of your refund. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) 

You will recieve the credit within a few days depending on your card's issuer policy.

 

Delivery cost upon returning

Customers are responsible for bearing delivery costs for returning items. 

 

Shipping policy 

・All orders are processed within 3-5 buisness days. No orders will be delivered before and after operating hours. No orders will be delivered on Mondays. 

・Delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days if we experience a high volume of orders. 

・Would there be any delays in the delivery of your products, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

・A delivery fee of $10 will be payable for orders below $150. 

Delivery fee will be paid by us for orders above $150.
